Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We do not currently accept or ship orders outside of the United States. All orders will be processed and shipped during business hours Monday through Friday. UPS does not ship to PO boxes. We will notify the buyer if they place an order for something that is out of stock. The buyer is responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address. Please make sure that you provide us the entire address including any apartment or suite numbers. Any address corrections will be billed to the client for the additional UPS charges incurred.

Packaging Policy
In order to reduce shipping charges to our customers and reduce environmental waste, we try to reuse packaging material whenever possible. Your package will be packed safely, but please inspect your order to make sure that your items are not damaged or defective as soon as you receive your shipment. Sometimes during shipping, the product packaging may be dented, or slightly worn. UPS does not insure against banged corners, puckered windows, or torn packaging. In all circumstances, product packaging is not warranted, only the actual product itself. Please contact us immediately if your products arrived damaged so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Products may be exchanged or returned for refund within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt ONLY if the items are in resalable condition; all manufacturer packaging, instructions, warranty paperwork and/or accessories must be intact and returned in new condition. In the case of a returned item, we reserve the right to refuse credit if product is not in the aforementioned, resalable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

If a product is defective or damaged, please notify a sales associate within 3 days after receiving the item(s); the sales associate will authorize your return and give you shipping instructions, as well as send you a replacement item following receipt of the defective or damaged item.

 

Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used at the time of purchase. If returning by mail, please include a contact number so we may obtain credit card information. (For your security, we do not retain previously used credit card information).
